Where is your store located?Our Jim Thorpe store is located at: 101 Broadway Jim Thorpe PA 18229 (all other locations require high-level security clearance 😎)

Do you offer parking?Only limited on-street parking and the large municipal parking lot here - less than a quarter mile from our store.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?No, but if you do, you can: + store your billing address + store multiple shipping addresses + join our mailing list + check your order status + and create a wish list that you can share with friends! And we can contact you if there's a problem with your order. It's quick and easy.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?You will receive a confirmation email with an order number via email. Make sure you only click the "Submit" button once to avoid duplicate orders or charges.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HIT "SUBMIT"?No problem. Email (trendandsource.com@gmail.com) or call (570-732-9148) us and we'll take care of it. We can offer an exchange, but we have a no refund policy due to the unique products that we sell.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN EMAIL REGARDING MY ORDER?There are usually two reasons: you may have an outdated email address on file, or you may have a spam blocker filtering email from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you.

CAN I BACK-ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS SOLD OUT?No. We experience regular turnover of products and need to make room for new merchandise continually. The good news is that, with very popular items, the product may be reordered. If there's a product you really want, send us an email (trendandsource@gmail.com) with a subject line "Product Out-of-Stock". Include the item name and description (color, size, etc.), if you know it. We'll let you know if and when it's coming back in, and can reserve it for you (because that's our job)!

CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE?Yes (seems like a no-brainer!). Call 1.570.732.9148 to speak with us any day. If we don't pick up, leave your name and number and we'll call back and get the party started. Please have the item name and description ready when calling to speed up the process.
